Summer 2023. My friends and I wanted to start playing MTG again on a regular basis. But I didn’t have my cards anymore from childhood and I didn’t have the money to buy them all back. And since I didn’t care about collecting cards but only about gameplay I thought to myself: Proxies! But there was no proxy card service in Europe and I really didn’t want to order from China or the USA. So I just tried to create my own proxies. 

My first few batches looked bad (to me). I could clearly see that they were proxies. So I took it upon myself to create proxies which will allow for 100% immersive gameplay without any compromise. After about 1000 hours of testing different printers, settings, papertypes, file types etc. I finally hit the sweet spot. For the first time in my life I was holding in my hands proxies which were so indistinguishable from the original that I felt 100% immersed during a match. I was able to fully appreciate the artwork, the colors, the haptics, everything about what makes Magic cards so magic. So I started offering my printing service in the form of a little sidebusiness called LiberProxies. 

It was never my goal to become the number one proxy service in Europe. I only wanted to share that same sense of excitement for truly authentic MTG proxy cards that I have experienced. But here we are. It is 2025 now and we had the privilege to serve over 2500 happy customers worldwide. LiberProxies offers the best quality proxies you can get. Our Discord server boasts over 2500 members and we have a lot of devoted moderators and designers who contribute to the continued growth of our community.
